Bus 350 Airport Express to downtown Albuquerque: | Is a free Downtown - Airport Nonstop Express, but runs very infrequently. Bus Stop Locations: At the Airport the #350 Bus stop is on the lower level at the west end of the shuttle island, look for the Bus Stop Signs. At the ATC the #350 bus stop is at bus bay J. Route: Airport - ATC (Alvarado Transportation Center), this is close to the train station, Greyhound depot and Convention Center. Timings: Buses leave the airport Mon-Fri only at 0550, 0701, 1010, 1548, 1657 & 1808. Buses leave the ATC Mon-Fri only at 0633, 0739, 0853, 1305, 1741, 1848 & 2004. Travel Times: To the ATC 15 mins. Cost: Free. Notes from a Traveller December 2009: YES, the ABQ RIDE Bus from KABQ (the airport) to the downtown Rail Runner station **IS** free..... however, it only offers 6x per day service so not the most convenient! |
Bus 50 to downtown Albuquerque: | Bus Stop Locations: At the Airport the #50 Bus stop is on the lower level at the west end of the shuttle island, look for the Bus Stop Signs. Route: Airport - Yale - Yale/Gibson - Yale/Cesar Chavez - Central - Redondo - University - Dr M L King Jr Blvd - ATC (Alvarado Transportation Center), this is close to the train station, Greyhound depot and Convention Center. Timings: Buses leave the airport Mon-Fri every 30 mins 0700-2000. The 1800 and all later buses terminate at Yale/Central. Saturdays every 70 mins 0945-1905. Buses leave the ATC Mon-Fri every 30 mins 0706-1806. Saturdays every 70 mins 0919-1839. Travel Times: To the ATC 25 mins. |
Bus 222 to Rio Bravo & Kirtland: | Bus Stop Locations: At the Airport the #222 Bus stop is on the lower level at the west end of the shuttle island, look for the Bus Stop Signs. Route: Coors/Rio Bravo - Rio Bravo/Del Rio - Rio Bravo/Isleta - Rail Runner Station and Park & Ride - University - Randolph - Airport - Girard - Gibson - Pennsylvania - Dept of Energy - G Ave - Wyoming - Hardin - N Ave - 14th Ave - Kirtland Air Force Base, Area 4 (KAFB). Note: Between the Airport & Kirtland not all buses stop at all stops. Check schedules first. Timings: Buses leave the airport heading for Kirtland Mon-Fri only at 0727, 0844, 1330, 1451, 1633, 1743 & 1909. Buses leave the Airport heading for Rio Bravo Mon-Fri only at 0539 (terminates at Rail Runner), 0655, 0802, 1248, 1409, 1612, 1724 & 1831. Travel Times: To Rio Bravo 35 mins. To Kirtland 25 mins. |

On-Airport Rental Car Providers: | AVIS, ADVANTAGE (505) 247 1066, ALAMO, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, HERTZ, National & Thrifty. Car rental customer service counters and ready/return lots are now at the Sunport Car Rental Center, at 3400 University SE. Free Car Rental Shuttles run between the terminal and the Car Rental Center. Shuttles run every 5 mins from the commercial lane outside the 1st level of the terminal. They are handicap-accessible. |

General: | A 4-level parking garage is next to the terminal with covered access. There are 500 spaces available in the Long Term Surface Lot. The parking information hotline is at (505) 842-7030. Disabled spaces are on all 4 levels of the garage, near the elevators. |
