Location: 5 km/3 Miles SSW of the city.
By Road: 5 km/3 Miles/10-15 mins from the city centre.
By Taxi: Radio Taxi Bolzano Tel 0471 981111.
By Bus: There is no direct connection to the town, but bus#10 stops at the northern corner of airport, 1 km from the terminal.
Rental Cars: Car Trawler Car Hire.
Car Parking: There is parking just in front of the terminal, and more along the inner-airport-road, both free of charge.

Trieste - Ronchi dei Legionari (TRS):

Location: 33 km/21 Miles NW of Trieste, 2km/1 mile NW of Monfalcone & 39 km/25 Miles S of Udine.

By Taxi:
General:	Taxis are available outside the airport terminal (arrivals side) from 0800 to 0000. There is also a car-rental service with driver (for information call 0039 0481 778000).

By Train: Nearest railway station is at Monfalcone, 2 km away, and reached by a local bus or on foot. Hourly train service from Monfalcone station to Udine, Venice and beyond. For further info on Italian trains see www.trenitalia.com.

By Bus:
To Trieste:	Autolinea 55 runs Trieste - Monfalcone - Airport for €2.55. To Monfalcone: Bus Service#10 runs Airport – Ronchi Pesa – Shopping Centre – San Polo – Via Rosselli – Railway Stn. Every 20 mins, cost: €0.80.
To Udine:	Autolinea 51 bus leaves Udine Autostazione daily at 1910 for trip to airport. Leaves the airport at 0721 for trip to Udine. €3/34 mins. The service is operated by APT: phone +39 0481 59351.

Verona - Catullo/Villafranca (VRN):

Location: 9 km/6 Miles SW of the City.
By Road: 14 km/9 Miles/15 mins.

By Taxi:
Approximate Costs (Set fares):	To the city centre €15-20/15 mins.
Notes from a Traveller in March 2007:	Taxis in Verona are expensive. A trip from VRN airport to Porta Nova train station costs 20 Euro. From the center of town the cost is approximately €27 or more. Note that if you call a cab, you will pay an increased cost as the meter starts running before the driver reaches you.

By Bus:
Bus to Verona Porta Nova Train Station:	Route: A bus runs between the airport arrivals area and the main train station (Verona Porta Nova). Timings: The bus runs every 20 mins from 0540, 0610 through to 2310. For latest timings see here. Travel Time: The journey lasts 15 mins. Cost: €4.50 (pay on the bus). Bus Stop Locations: At the airport, the bus stop is just to the right outside arrivals (a sign high on a post). At the station, when leaving the main central entrance, just to the right you will see a small white and blue sign advertising the bus service. Do not confuse this service with the occasional bus service taking you to Brescia’s airport. Onward Connections: From the train station, trains run all over Italy: To Brescia (37 miles) €12.50. Mantova €6.50. To Trento €10. To Rovereto €7.50. (NB: fares are more expensive on Intercity Services). Long distance buses also operate from near the station. Most urban buses will take you to the centre of Verona (though some only in one direction of the route): tickets cost €1.20 on board, or buy for €1 at the shop in the station. You can walk from the train station to the city centre in about 20 mins.
Terravision Bus service to Dolomites ski resorts:	Route: Summer: Bergamo Airport - Verona Airport - Bolzano - Ortisei – St Christina – Selva (with shuttle from Bolzano to Merano). Winter: Bergamo Airport – Verona Airport – Bolzano - Merano. Timings: The service runs at weekends only. Transfer Times: To Bolzano 1 hour 45 mins. Cost: €22 one way, €35 return.

By Bus:

Location: 3 km/2 Miles NNW of Vicenza city centre, 32 km/20 Miles NW of Padua & 45 km/28 Miles ENE of Verona.
