Kahului, Maui (OGG):
Location: 5 km/3 Miles ENE of Kahului Town.
Airport Overview: One long terminal for most airlines, with bagge claim at the far (Eastern) end. There is a small Commuter Terminal beyond baggage claim (easily walkable) for the following Airlines: Mokulele Airlines, Maui Air, Volcano Air Tours, Air Links, Paragon Air & Pacific Wings.
By Road: At least 1 hour to hotels in Kapalua/Kaanapali Beach but only 20-30 mins to Kihei.

By Taxi: To Kahului $8-10, To Kaanapali ~$50/60 mins+, to Wailea ~$31/20-30 mins and to Lahaina ~$42. There is a taxi desk in the baggage claim hall. Jake's Taxi 808-877-6139 & Best Limo Taxi & Tours (808) 871 5559.
By Bus: Maui Bus calls at the terminal, but no details of services at this time.

| On-Airport Rental Car Providers: | AVIS (808) 245 3512 or 241 7065, Budget 245 1901 or 245 9031, Dollar 245 3651 or 246 1150, Enterprise, HERTZ 245 3356, National 245 5636, ALAMO 246 0646 & Thrifty 246 6252. Car rental booths are at the far end of the terminal (exit baggage claim and turn right) but cars are a short distance away and reached by courtesy shuttle buses (these buses also call at the commuter terminal). When cruise ships are in port, each rental car company runs shuttles at regular intervals for passengers to get to the airport to rent cars. |

Car Parking: Right opposite the main terminal. 30 mins free, 1 hour $2, each extra hour $1, daily max $7. Lost ticket $7. This car park frequently fills up and is then closed to further cars. The overflow car park is some distance away and is not suitable as a short stay car park. There is no parkingt at the commuter terminal.
Notes: There is no ATM/Cash machine landside at this airport, but there is one upstairs after security. There is a $2 charge for luggage trolleys/carts. $0.25 is refunded on return. Kahului is the only airport on Maui that has direct service from the mainland USA.

Kapalua - West Maui Airport (JHM):
Location: On the NW coast of Maui, between Honokowai and Puukolii.
Airport Overview: A very basic terminal with a small car park outside.
By Taxi: Taxis meet all flights, but are reported to be expensive. AB Taxi (808) 667 7575 or 1 888 667 7579.
By Shuttle Van: Executive Shuttle run shuttles from the airport to local hotels for ~$7-14 depending on distance. Kaanapali costs $10. All other resorts and hotels served. Tel (808) 669 2300 or dial 55 on the airport courtesy phone in baggage claim.

Car Parking: Outside the terminal. Operates on an honor system. Parking is paid in advance by placing an envelope with the correct fee and your car details. First 30 mins $1, each extra hour $1, daily max $7. No free parking period.
