Location: 2 km/1 Mile SSW of The Valley.
By Taxi: Readily available at the airport, but generally expensive. To the Valley ~US$ 7, to Sandy Ground or Shoal Bay East US$10, to Meads Bay US$14. To Cove Castle or Blue Waters ~$25. Minimum cab fare is $5, and $3 extra is charged for each person in excess of 2. For taxis call 497 5054.

| Off-Airport Rental Car Providers: | None at the airport due to local laws, but Triple K & Island Car Rentals are 5 mins walk to the North. Several companies will deliver cars to hotels including Apex/AVIS 497 2642 & Thrifty 497 2656. Rental cars cost ~US$35-45 per day. A local driver's licence is necessary, and costs $20 for months! |
Airport Tax: Departure Tax: Payable in cash on departure: Intl XCD 48/US $15 for adults and XCD 20 for children. Anguilla residents pay XCD 30 and 15 for children. Pax in transit for under 24 hrs are free.
Notes: Local regulations conspire to help the taxi drivers maintain a complete monopoly on airport travel. There is little option but to pay their inflated prices.
