Terminal Layout: There are 2 terminals, Domestic and International, joined by a covered walkway. 5 mins walk.

| Airporter: | There is an airport shuttle bus service called The Airporter. It stops at all accommodation in Cairns offering scheduled departures to both the domestic and international terminals. ~$7 each way. |
| Local Bus#2: | Runs past the general aviation area on the west side of the airport and goes into the city. |
